After nearly 30 years of what I thought was a perfect marriage he cheated. We just moved to a new house and it’s a construction zone. I have ADHD and my world is shattered. I feel like the whole relationship was a lie. I doubt everything. He was my home and my best friend. He's trying and doing all the right things but I can't put it down. I cant hear above my own thoughts. The pain is inescapable and doubles me over and I cant get out of my head. I have no family and I'm in a new place where I don't know anyone and he is FIFO.

Hi@JMJ,
so sorry this has happened to you. You must feel so isolated and alone, not to mention the impact this has had on your mental health. Your partner should not be leaving you alone at this vulnerable moment in time. They need to be there for you not flying out and leaving you all by yourself with no family to talk to.They have a lot of work to do to repair this and need to support you emotionally not just financially. If they genuinely care about you and this relationship they won't leave you alone.
*Please don't hesitate to contact Relationships Australia for support on 1300364277 they might be able to point you in the right direction.
