Thanks my friend.
Today I taking a sick day. I need to get meds. And no chemist will be open past 6pm which was the only appointment they had today unless I skipped a day.
Annoying really. But needed the peace. It's testing my patience and such.
Anyway. Hopefully a day away from it will clear my mind.
