Getting back to work

Hi i am finding it hard have been on stress leave from work 4 most of the year working with doctor & phycoigist but the more i think about going back the more stressed i get

Think about getting an easy ( no stress cause job) like working in a pet shop perhaps and use that as a stepping stone

Maybe working in a nursery ?
I'm trying too think of low stress jobs that you could use as a stepping stone to something else when and if you feel up to it

I work as a school cleaner 4 the state job is not that stressfull most of the staff are supporting me it is my life outside work that me stress have bad social phobia there are not many people around when i work

Have you tried meditation?
A pet can also be good for reducing stress
Such as a dog or cat horse pig...waskerly wabbit

Not allowed 2 have pets in my flat but have just got the most wonderful book Zen Therapy for Adults it is a Coloruing Book with Colour Pencils & Pages of Mandalas Etc to Colour in & keep your mind focused on 1 thing instead of wandering around showed it 2 my Doctor just before she thinks it is great

Hi @Jamc

A few weeks ago I picked up a mindfulness colouring book and found it so very relaxing. I love that now as adults we have been given 'permission' to colour in!
