Hello Lovlies!

Well, it's been 3 yrs since I last posted. Just sticking my head in the door to say Merry Xmas.

I'm sorry I haven't been here for you all but life has a way of dragging you, kicking and screaming into a new phase of recovery. I've missed the banter, laughter and most of all your genuine caring and stoic resolve with supporting others. 

I won't write a long post; maybe later after I get myself settled into the swing of things again.

Sending loads of love and Xmas Cheer to all...
