Been like that for longer than I can remember 😣

but with @NikNik, @CherryBomb help it looks like i have compassion fatigue.which it goes on and on

I think my problem is more burnout @Shaz51 but tick lots of boxes on compassion fatigue also.  So few people (even doctors) seem to understand.

that`s me too @Determined, I think it is a burnout too sometimes  and when Mr Shaz says I might need some meds myself

I think you may be right @Shaz51
I had a chat with him about it yesterday but he doesn't really agree. He thinks its depression. We will go and see my psychologist together and go from there. Thanks for your thoughts xx

Hi @Shaz51 @Determined @outlander. Panic attack number 2 tonight for Mr Nooks. We're going to the doctor tomorrow to get him a mental health plan. I'm so pleased that he's reaching out but also scared because it's not like him to ask for help so he must really be feeling anxious and out of sorts... he's very teary too. He said he just wants to feel safe and the only place he feels safe is in bed.
