Hi gang @Smiling_Gecko @Adge @Shaz51 @Meowmy @TAB and anyone wandering by

I reeeeally struggled today. Saw tdoc and it was heavy. First day of working from home in current lockdown ... tried hard but failed to achieve much. Anyway, morning routine was mucked up and it took all day to get back to it but did some yoga and it really helped. Somehow got my head out of its downward spiral. Hope everyone is travelling ok, and doing some of whatever works for you!

I did my Friday Yoga Class this morning - Only 2 of us turned up.

Starting Census Field Officer Online Training Module on Monday - Then Hitting the Road, driving 100's of Kms, some days after that....

Sometimes yoga stuff I see online is disheartening: the body beautiful, do it perfectly stuff.

Some of it seems like a competition, which I think is the opposite of meaningful practice.
