I had an early support worker today and just got home so a bit later starting here than usual. Have been thinking to maybe just be here afternoon and evening - the last few Saturdays I've been on-line most of the day - need to do other things and get outside more than I have been.

Went for a long beach walk, to an art fair and to get a healthy juice this morning. With a support worker. Nearly had a blow-out with her coz she only rang me at a few minutes to 9 to say she was definitely coming at 9. I have stipulated with her organisation that I need confirmation the day before over and over and still they don't do it. But it's not really her fault no-one's told her. Yet another thing my Coordinator of Supports is meant to take care of. Enough whinging!
Hope today is going well for all, looking forward to catching up with all those who've tagged me the last few days.
