@avant-garde i can understand sweet, it's ok to take it slowly until you feel safe again. If here feels safe then that's completely ok.

I have no idea how much I've slept but given the previous night I think I'm catching up. 

I'm considering contacting the patient liaison officer because I was given drastically wrong information by multiple anaesthetists that significantly influenced my actions and my anxiety levels.
