I am behind the 8 ball my friends but my Sunday intention was to complete my assessment that is late and catch up with my studies. So far I should achieve my goal!

Ah yes! Good question @AuntGlow 🙏, I’m trying to figure that out actually 🤣. The checkins have been super quick less than 30sec but I’m trying haha. Intentional movement but at the very start of all this 😊

@AuntGlow , feeling a little better, although my legs are feeling the burn after using the leg press yesterday at the physiotherapy gym 🏋️♀️ I'm glad I still have two more weeks to enjoy of 2 day work weeks before increasing back to 3 days, a positive step forwards in my recovery 😊
