Good Luck with gp and admission @Queenie When possible choose the option that gives you most choice. Though when choices get to be screaming ambivalence in our heads it is really tough. Hugs![]()
@oceangirl Your surgery is full on. I am glad you have done the research and following the protocols for best outcome. Sometimes we need to pay close attention to details (like after surgery) other times it may be an obssession, still it is best to be able to trust our own judgement as much as possible. Hugs to you and @Faith-and-Hope ![]()

@Appleblossom I'm not obsessed by the operation- it is major surgery and not following the protocols could mean that I end up with serious complications (life threatening).

How are you doing today @Queenie? Did you manage to get any rest last night?
And how about you @oceangirl? How is the herbal tea going?

Hi @Ali11
How are you?
I'm struggling but trying to stay positive. Just got the phone to a good friend that I have known for 15 years, she is coming to take me out tomorrow.

@oceangirl @Ali11 @Appleblossom @Queenie @Faith-and-Hope hello everyone. @oceangirl Sorry to hear you struggling. I am too, with anxiety and depression again. So good you can get out with your friend. I think that is good treatment for anxiety.
I have been out for a short walk. The challenge is to stay occupied and distracted to get out of my anxiety attack.
@Queenie hope all work out for you well.

Sorry to hear of your anxiety attack @Meowmy, walking is a great way to try and work yourself through it. Do you have any other strategies in place to help you through this afternoon?
