I am feeling something similar to what you have explained - its kinda a weird feeling- a bit spacey. I don't know what to do though I am trying to just ignore it. I have tried to manage my stress with strategies you have mentioned. My depression has only been in recent years its not longstanding. I am feeling quite lost and unsure of things too. I think you're right, because I do think that is happening for me. @outlander

I understand @oceangirl its kinda hard to explain really. Sometimes giving myself a job to do each day helps. Thats where free short courses come in handy for me as it gives me a focal point and something to work on. Other times its really about riding it out and just managing it hr by hr until it lifts abit.
Do you think giving yourself a job to do would help? For me it has to be something that breaks up the repition of my life (even if its busy) or something new to try out (i find trying new forms of art or craft or new art project like scrapbooking can be helpful)

I think its a mixture of feeling quite not right and a bit lost atm. I think I am making progress even though I couldn't see it until I started to think about it now. I have always liked to write down a plan for each day. I try not to put too much pressure on myself and just to do what I can each day. Some days I get 10% done and others days I do much more. The key is taking action. I am starting to feel a bit more comfortable opening up and sharing what I am feeling, I have never rily been able to do that before. i think that is a step in the right direction.... @outlander
