I've been trying to manage. I've told staff I don't feel safe with the guy around but there's nothing they can do.
I took my meds early hoping I could sleep but the increase in the dose hasnt seemed to worked in getting me to sleep like it was meant to.
I feel scared...

I think I feel worse now though. I was just beginning to open up when the person ended the chat, but I guess my problems can't be fixed in 25min.
