I'm okay, just very low. Feeling a bit sorry for myself I guess. Silly. And I tend to say the wrong things then, and get myself in strife. 😳  I need to know when I shouldn't be here. Now may be the time.

I hope you get a better quality sleep tonight Lee. And I hope your Dr apt goes well tomorrow. What time is yours? My GP apt is at 9.30am.
