No problem @ArraDreaming poor mental health is hard is hard to deal with and especially if it's on a background of generational trauma. Everyone's experience is different, so I suppose not everyone can understand what another is going through. For example I don't have kids, so really I have no idea what it's like to have mental health issues while trying to be a responsible good parent. You seem to make a lot of time for your kids and think about them in your actions. Like taking them to be welcome to country - I really loved that
