@ParadiseFlower thank you for sharing your experience.  My manager is based in the US so the HR rules are a bit different. In the end HR always protect leadership...it's my experience anyway. I am tired today. Too much on.

I'm glad you left your toxic situation and I hope you are now doing something you love.

@tyme ,I'm OK. I feel burnt out though and have so many deadlines.  I think I just need to get through these 2 weeks and then think about how to handle this manager.
