Coastal Rosemary is a native bush that produces purple flowers. Picture shows what mine looks like when in flower

I chose it for 4 reasons
- native
- hardy
- only grows to 1.5 m x 1.5 m
- colour of the flowers. (My favourite colour)

Hi @AlwaysMyself, please feel free to ask me anytime.
since October I’ve had 2 different types of treatments, the one earlier this month has been the most successful for pain relief.
practical things I’ve noticed.
I’m now standing upright, I’m no longer moving around slightly stooped.
able to completely strip and remake queen size bed (including lots of pillows) within couple of days. It used to take me most of the week.
static standing and bending over for too long still cause pain, not as bad as pain used to be and pain subsides quicker
