That is such a great improvement @Flutterbug9 ๐๐ฅฐ. I'm so glad its helping and has continued to be effective too.
Even though standing and bending still causes pain, I'm glad it is less than before, and the recovery is quicker. ๐
I can only imagine how much of a relief this is for you. I know for myself that the reduced pain this year (because i get massage and chiro weekly) has helped me cope so much better; life is a lot more "bearable" without the constant pain.

At times I forget what the specialist said which is to stay within certain boundaries @AlwaysMyself
have spent 90mins in the garage (another shuffle and reorganise), mainly moving things plus bending over. Back niggled few times prior to getting very sore.
lunch time prior to couch and cuddle time with cat/s (colouring in if no one wants a nurse).

The infusion and nerve blocks I have done donโt last forever @Captain24
nerve block provides pain relief benefit for minimum 12mths, (most people) maximum 2years.
Duration of pain relief from the infusion varies from person to person. Specialist this morning said benefit of infusion can last as short as 3mths, maximum 12mths.
based on information from specialist this morning regarding minimum length of time between infusions, I can be looking at week in hospital once, twice or three times a year. Nerve block is an overnight stay only, thank goodness.

Hi @tyme
I suspect I might have been doing too much during the last couple of weeks.
Last couple days bending over from the waist causing lots of pain. Short term in duration however very strong pain level wise.
Google research Iโve done shows various websites saying initial infusion might only last 4 weeks.
Lego currently on hold as have been moving furniture, decluttering garage and front room.
