Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness
my report on the exercise physiologist ... 😀. ha ha cry cry
@Former-Member, she was very young , nice , encouraging , gave me lots of information , did tell me a bit of the ups and downs feeling from the diabetes and from kidney disease , have to keep a diary
If my blood sugar level is low -- no exercise
if my blood sugar is high - no exercise
got aerobic, strength and Balance exercises
to do no hard exercises for kidney disease
last night i was thinking I have an infection , so did a test this morning without seeing doctor at the doctors and yes , but i have no appointment until saturday
mr shaz is very sore but no worse , so he thinks he will be ok , I can see it still hurts BUT !!!!
my mum is ok , did lots at mum`s today
my uncle had a big fall and had to visit the hospital , but back home which bandages

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness
Gather shoulder not improving. GP might possibly want an ultrasound @Shaz51 to see if any tendon damage esp if Mr Shaz having difficulty with arm raising.
