Sorry I haven’t been on Sane last few days. Studying hard! Exam is on Thursday. I got 85% in my last test which surprised me. Hopefully I do ok in the exam. Feeling a bit stressed about it but I should do ok. Thanks for asking how I was going.
I hope you are both okay. I have a friend finding out if he needs chemo on Tuesday. I hope not.

In monitoring my own mental health sometimes I'm aware of subtle differences that make me highly anxious in situations and exercising control over the situation where I can and being aware of my breath and muscular tension can reduce it. Sounds a bit waffly but makes sense to me!
