I slept most of today in 3 goes of up to 3 hrs lol . was feeling guilty. well had sore muscles from gym yest, no appts, not exactly healthy plus over 60 .. yeah okay .. 'Justified ' !! ..

ha ha anyway have back to back appts tomorrow and have to drive 5 hrs to and from appt thursday. Worrying about heart results after procedure re thursday. Touch wood.

@TAB sleeping today was definitely justified.

@TAB hey tabby, mental side things could be worse than physical sufferings. I was so unhappy most of the day. Compare to before the betrayal was usually only half a day unhappiness ha. Well may be unhappy at night too. Just gets relief in the middle of the day for a few hours used to. Now it is mostly unhappy all the time. Still alive clinging to little pleasures.

yes, you were betrayed , but it's your reaction to being betrayed that's messing you up @Meowmy  anyway, if depressed half day, you already know how to deal with it then.  yes my post was 'physical' what passes for my body affects my brain too

this person stole from you., if they are at your church, tell everyone there. Only fair.

Maybe get someone to look after your money for you like public trustee or something

a guy used to work with would gamble all his pay. so he let his workmate would take it and give it to him for things he needed,not give away to thieves and criminals

I gave lots of people money they never intended to pay back, some more than double what you did , how bout $24,000 16 years ago? prob $40,000 now, not $13. and i didnt work full time, didnt live anywhere fixed. anyway just have to move on ok after telling everyone and sending lawyers letter and civil court for this guy cos he deserves it tho

put an advert in paper, tell people in social media @Meowmy
