Making friends with BPD

Thankyou for asking, I am up and down, my crying has reduced to what it was - thanks to antidepressant I see my psychologist on Monday & hope that we will be able to make a plan of action, as I was given this diagnosis at the end of the last session.

Life's been pretty okay for me. A few challenges, but nothing I can't work through.

Hi I’m doing ok again. Just spent a month in psych ward due to major depression. A first for me I’m normally manic when I end up in hospital.
