hi @outlander
I can relate to what you're saying sometimes having knowledge is not a good thing because sometimes you know what to expect. I know that with my medical problems and that can make me anxious at times because I know what is going to happen. I think having a open mind is really good too- I think its something that is undevalued- it shows compassion for others and that can be really healing. I think its great that you want to help other people that is great quality to have there.
I am enjoying talking to you and connecting with you and sharing our experiences and struggles. I think that is awesome because we are able to relate. Thank you for connecting, I am finding it really helpful. I am just going to try to stick to my plan and put one foot in front of the other. I know I am going to make mistakes but that is okay too. I am perfectly imperfect.
My day was not too bad- I was starting to get quite tired this afternoon but feeling a bit better now after going to the gym. How are you sweetheart?
