Being able to open up and feel more comfortable about it is huge @oceangirl it is good to hear that yoir getting better at it. Its even better that youve ackowledged it within yourself as well.
Yep taking it one day at a time is sometimes what it needed. Some days will just be 👎 and others will be ok. I guess that is part of life especially having to live with and learn to manage our mental health issues too.
Having just one or 2 goals to complete in the day can be helpful too. Perhaps setting some short term goals for yourself will help with those lost feelings too. Some people write their goal down and thrn break it down into smaller steps of how they could achieve that goal.

How was your day?
You seem to express yourself much better these day- its awesome to see this. I see a more mature side to you- with so much insight and wisdom. I am happy in the direction I am travelling in- especially about being more comfortable in opening up and also acknowledging it within myself. I guess I am not alone in how I feel and also the day to day struggles of life and with the added issue of having a mental illness.
I am able to set myself goals but I think I write them down and that way I can break down the steps needed to complete my goal. It also helps with reducing my anxiety and making each task more manageable.

I went and payed my enrolment fees this afternoon and now waiting on a phone call from my specialist. Tomorrow having lunch with the family, it should be a nice day.

@MDT Hi Hams
I think its similar but also different- it is a health and leisure course. I think I would be able to manage this course with work too. Not sure if I am ready for work yet. I have a degree in education, arts and public health. I am just going to give this course a go. I think the course will be something I enjoy. What degree do you have- if you don't mind me asking?
I just came home from the gym- I really need to work on my cardio too.
I am not too bad either, thanks for chatting to me Hams. I am looking forward to tomorrow. Goodluck with your appointment tomorrow. We can encourage each other to get healthier and fitter- is that a deal???
