family aren't understanding my MH and telling me I don't need my MH team while in stage 4 lockdown which is completely wrong. I need my Support team.

I feel like my emotions are everywhere, doggo won't leave my side, support worker didn't want to leave me because I was really just a mess. 
ive kept to myself, my appointments today didn't go well at all. My alters are constantly switching.
