@ArraDreaming I do live by myself so don't have people around me, but the amount of people that say to me or I read about who say they are lonely, or have no one to talk to even though they are surrounded by heaps of people is enormous.
Sometimes I think it can be a bit harder because you sometimes don't feel as though you can talk to those people because of the dynamics. Like you are not going to suddenly talk to young children about how you feel. Soemtimes it might be difficult to talk to adults because you know they have their own stuff going on and you don't want to "trouble" them.
Do you have other mates you can talk to even if you meet at the park and talk while you watch the kids play?

I haven’t been on this space in yonks.
I understand how you can love your family to bits but still need something else. I always wanted to be a Mother but that didn’t stop me from feeling really lonely

I love the forums for that exact thing, to have someone to talk to that is outside my family. I get that

It’s hard to say this but sometimes I just need someone to talk to outside of the 4 walls of my house and my family and I feel like I dont really have anyone at the moment…. I will probably delete this
jusy someone to shoot the shit with but I don’t feel like there are many people that get me or have time to do that
I don’t really have a lot of time either but yeah idk

Rocky days come with the territory unfortunately. I hope Mrs AD will be ok. If it’s PND then it’s important to get help early. Sounds like your eldest is a champ with helping.
